Work on building strength or losing weight, it all happens at Attain & Sustain. We are committed to being a gym for everybody. Join us for a one-off gym session and studio class, or join The Attain & Sustain Family and become a member. We offer a selection of affordable options for you to come in and enjoy our clean, fully-equipped facility and assistance from our professional training staff.

We're unrivaled in our passion about health and fitness, including our staff, our members and extending to the wider local community as a whole. We fully support the Government's decision to close gyms in what is an unprecedented and, for us all, a worrying time as we concern ourselves with, not only our personal health and well-being, but that of family and friends who we love, many who we cannot be with.

As the inspirational Captain Tom Moore said on completing his 100 lap-of-his-garden feat, "the sun will shine on you again and the clouds will go away.” When this is all over I can assure you all, Attain & Sustain will be back with a bang, as we launch extended opening hours, including opening 7 days a week, and launching our new Studio Timetable with 100+ classes every month!

 

We've been supporting our community, members and non-members alike, with online classes and, now restrictions allow, moving to outdoor fitness classes - as we help to keep everyone physically and mentally active and fit for the challenges that no doubt remain ahead for us all.

Whilst we don't yet know when we'll be open. But when we do we'll be doing so with our newly converted studio, we'll be offering literally 100's of classes, indoors and outdoors, plus our virtual online package so you can train in the comfort of your own home!

In a world cast in clouds of unceratianty one things remain very certain. Attain & Sustain will be back, bigger and greater than ever before. We'd LOVE for you to share our exciting vision for the future. It's going to be an incredible journey for our entire community!

Our Outdoor Classes are LIVE NOW!

Closing our doors wasn't ideal. Nor is sitting around and doing nothing!

Our Attain & Sustain Outdoor Exercise provides the much needed flexibility to allow EVERYONE an opportunity to join us for some exercise in our private outdoor space on site. Keeping active in these current, unprecedented times, is important for both our physical and mental well-being, so there's never been a better time to get involved!

 

No matter what your fitness level, you can join us and push yourself, have some fun with it, and - ABOVE ALL - enjoy socialising with other like-minded people, socially distanced, of course!

 

UK Government guidelines mean that our classes are limited to a Coach plus 5, so please book early to avoid disappointment as demand is currently greatly in excess of the sessions we're currently able to provide!

As a Thank You to our NHS & Carers...

Seeing the incredible work that the NHS is doing, along with carers ensuring some of our communities most vulnerable are safe and well is truly inspiring. At Attain & Sustain we wanted to show our appreciation to these amazing people.

That's why we're offering the first 100 members of NHS Staff & Carers to join us for FREE when we re-open. The free membership will run until the end of 2020, or for six months, whichever is greater.

Please share this with any NHS members of staff, and carers that you may know and encourage them to secure their place as we have a very limited number of membership spaces.

Our Club opened in July 2019 and have been offering top-notch fitness training to our members ever since. A leading fitness facility, based in the heart of the communities of Great Blakenham and Claydon, our staff at Attain & Sustain are actively enriching the lives of our members and creating a community of like-minded people who love being physically and mentally fit and healthy. At Attain & Sustain we’ve got a Group Exercise Programme designed a to be inclusive for people at all levels. If you want to go far, we’ll get you there. If you want to lose weight and keep active, we've got you covered too! You can pick and choose the classes that you like, when it best fits your schedule. Classes are inclusive of your gym membership with us.

From helping you reach your fitness goals faster to figuring out how to exercise safely with a chronic condition, Personal Training offers a solution to getting the results you deserve and likely to be one of the best investments you'll make in your overall health and well-being. Having a trainer by your side can provide the encouragement, energy and motivation you need to jumpstart your results. We will help you set goals, create a plan to accomplish them and celebrate with you the day you reach them!

We will hold you accountable and help you overcome all the excuses you might use to avoid your commitment to exercise. It’s a lot harder to skip the gym when you know someone is waiting for you! Fitness can also be very confusing. There is a lot of information out there with so much contradiction. Eat this, not that. Cardio before or after strength training? We will help you find credible information and provide direction on your fitness journey. Removing the guesswork so you can put all your energy towards accomplishing your goals with clarity and confidence.

Believe it or not, exercise can be enjoyable! A savvy personal trainer can make exercise both effective and fun. Group Exercise or 1:1 training is a great way to increase enjoyment and make exercise social. Working with a trainer who you like and respect will provide you with more effective and successful workouts.
